RETURNS POLICY

To exercise your right of cancellation or return, you must immediately send an email to hello@plainshirts.com.au. Please note your order number and which items you wish to cancel or return.

In the case of a cancellation: we cannot accept a cancellation once the goods have been ordered from the supplier. If you wish to cancel, please contact us URGENTLY to avoid charges associated with returns.

In the case of a return: Please contact us (within a maximum of 7 days) and we will be in contact with the process for you to return these goods.

Plainshirts.com.au rules of returns

Item(s) need to be returned:

1               within 7 days of purchase;

2               Unworn and unused with the original tags still attached

3               In the original packaging which must be in the original condition.

Plainshirts.com.au stocks a number of brands (all found in the BRANDS link), each brand will require a restocking fee of $30 per brand. This $30 charge is the responsibility of the customer.

Once we are notified regarding a return request, we will advise the address for items to be sent back to (at your cost).

When items are received in the condition stated above, a refund will be processed less packing and shipping costs.

For large shipments (minimum 5 cartons) we are willing to arrange collection of these goods with a courier. The amount will be deducted from your refund.

If you do not return the goods as required, we may charge you a sum not exceeding the direct costs of recovering the goods.

* Nothing in this agreement is intended to have the effect of contracting out of any applicable provisions of the Commonwealth Trade Practices Act 1974 or the Fair Trading Acts in each of the States and Territories of Australia, except to the extent permitted by those Acts where applicable. 

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for a different size or colour of the same item. If you would like to make an exchange, please contact our Customer Service team, who can set it up for you if the stock is available, if not, they will advise of alternative styles/colours/sizes. Shipping costs and return shipping costs are payable by you. 

Refund Process Time.

We will process your refund via the same method in which you made payment (Stripe, Paypal, or Direct Deposit).

Refunds are processed within 7 days of receiving the items in good condition.

If your item is faulty.

If you find a fault with your item, please contact us as soon as possible and we will work with you to get the issue resolved. Our team will guide you through the process to either get the item exchanged or refunded. Please check items carefully before decorating, as decorated items are not able to be accepted as faulty.
